Swim Lessons

At the HealthFitness Athletic Club, we offer both members and non-members swim lessons with our Certified Swim Instructor. Both private and buddy sessons available in our indoor swimming pool all year round. These sessions are for beginner swimmers to the triathlete who wants to improve their stroke.
