Personal Training


Benefits of Personal Training

Our degreed and nationally certified Personal Training staff will help you achieve your goals and get you the results you are looking for.

This will be done through a series of steps:

  1. Fitness Assessment: this is where the trainer will determine your fitness level as well as your strengths and weaknesses. The results of this assessment along with your goals and if you have any medical restrictions will allow them to create the best possible training program for you.

  2. Program Design: your program will be designed based on numerous factors:
    • Fitness Assessment results
    • Personal goals
    • Medical restrictions (if any)

  3. Re-assessment: our trainers will reassess you every three months to help determine the progress that you have made. Based on those results your program will be modified to keep you challenged and motivated.

At the HFC Athletic Club, our clients not only see results, they are also educated about the fundamentals of strength and aerobic training, as well as the proper and safe use of equipment.

We are proud of the services that we provide and hope that members and non-members alike will take advantage of our knowledgable and motivating personal training staff.
